So this seems neat. I've never heard of iTunes U before, but according to Apple's site it "puts the power of the iTunes Store to work for colleges and universities, so users can easily search, download, and play course content just like they do music, movies, and TV shows."
Via tuaw.com they've added a new institution: The New York Public Library. Put together by NYPL Labs, this thing has all sorts of talks and transcripts and whatnot. I've barely explored, but it seems pretty exciting already! To check it out in iTunes, just follow this link.
